Pluma Studios is this year’s winner of the prestigious award of the e-Commerce Croatia Association in the category of Best User Experience (UX)!

5 years, 5 awards!

This is the 5th award that our webshop has won in the last 5 years and at the same time our favourite so far, because in today’s online environment, developing a webshop with the best UX is truly a great success for our team and a confirmation of the effort we have been putting in all these years.

A total of 92 Croatian web retailers applied for the sixth eCommAwards competition, and the official announcement of the winners was held on April 16 in Zagreb’s Sky Office Center.

Pluma Studios won the User Experience category at this year’s award. In addition – Pluma Studios also received another prestigious award – it is in the TOP 10 WEBSHOPS IN CROATIA.

CEO Goran Galetić accepted the award on behalf of Pluma Studios:

“The first version of our webshop was created in 2012 and we have learned a lot since then. Our personalized offer is our biggest strength but it also represents our main challenge. Why? Because in the first step of the process, the client co-creates the book with us, and only after creating the book online can we make the physical copy of the book. We have conducted many analyses of foreign shops and carefully monitored the behaviour of our users, determined where we are losing customers, worked on educating ourselves and implemented professional recommendations to make communication with users as transparent and successful as possible. We are very happy to have won the award for user experience. We are also launching a new and improved version of the shop that will see the light of day at the end of April” – announced Galetić, highlighting the importance of the b2b channel in addition to the webshop, referencing the well-known cooperation with large retail chains such as is Lidl.
